The fondant 101 workshop provides the must know techniques on how to achieve the perfectly finished cake as a beginner

This workshop covers the following skills 

  • setup and ganache cover of a round cake 
  • covering and finishing a cake in rolled fondant 
  • basic royal icing stencils 

*Flower not taught in class

All supplies and ingredients will be included in class 

You will take home a fully finished cake by the end of the class

Students will receive a 10% student discount throughout the duration of their classes

Cake Class Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations over 14 days from the due date of the class will be entitled to a refund, store credit or transfer to another class

Cancellations between 7 - 14 days from the date of the class will be transferred to another class of your choice. If no classes are available credit will be held until one becomes available

Cancellations under 7 days from the date of the class will not be eligible for credit or refund 

Classes maybe moved to a later date at any point in time during a lockdown situation caused by covid 19. This date will be confirmed pending the governments requirements
