Now that you have had the experience of icing a round cake it's time to move forward to a square. Getting those sharp edges on corners can be pretty hard, let CW Cakes show you how we achieve the flawless finish every professional desires.
This workshop covers the following skills:
- setup and ganache cover of a square cake
- covering and finishing a square cake in rolled fondant
- perfecting the sharp edge technique
- building a false lid for your cake
- making a decorating bow out of modelling paste
All supplies and ingredients will be included in class
You will take home a fully finished cake by the end of the class
Students will receive a 10% student discount throughout the duration of their classes

Cake Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations over 14 days from the due date of the class will be entitled to a refund, store credit or transfer to another class
Cancellations between 7 - 14 days from the date of the class will be transferred to another class of your choice. If no classes are available credit will be held until one becomes available
Cancellations under 7 days from the date of the class will not be eligible for credit or refund
Classes maybe moved to a later date at any point in time during a lockdown situation caused by covid 19. This date will be confirmed pending the governments requirements
